  1. How do I contact ATT GoPhone Customer Care?
    Dial 611 from your wireless go phone or 1 866 293-4634 from another phone to manage your account or speak with a representative. TTY 1 866 429-7889.

  2. How do I access my account activity from my GOphone?
    Account Activity provides all AT&T Wireless GoPhone® customers access to the remaining balance in their GoPhone account. To access your account activity, your GoPhone must be in DATA MODE. From the mMode home deck, choose SUPPORT, then ACCOUNT ACTIVITY.

  3. What do I do if my GoPhone SIM card gets lost or stolen?
    If your AT&T Wireless SIM card is lost or stolen, contact AT&T Wireless Customer Care immediately at 1 866 293-4634. (TTY users dial 1 866 429-7889.) There is a $25 replacement fee for a lost or stolen AT&T Wireless SIM card. You are responsible for all usage made using your AT&T Wireless SIM card until you call and report it missing.

  4. What’s included with a GoPhone at no monthly charge?
    The features and services listed here are standard features and services
    included with your GoPhone calling plan subscription. Usage charges apply when using many of the features and services listed below. Features and services available while on the network may not be available while roaming on other carriers’ Next Generation networks.

  6. Will I be able to travel in the U.S. and Canada with my Go Phone service?
    Traveling with your wireless phone is called roaming. AT&T Wireless Next Generation voice and data services are available in the service areas shown on the national service map. When roaming on the AT&T Wireless Next Generation Network, your Next Generation phone or data device should display “AT&T” or “AT&T Wireless.”

  7. Will GoPhone automatically roam internationally?
    GoPhone will roam automatically within ATT Wireless GoPhone coverage areas but will not roam internationally beyond the United States and Canada.

  8. Can I automatically make and receive international calls?
    Dial directly from your wireless Go Phone when on the ATT Wireless Next Generation Network to clients, customers, colleagues, family and friends in more than 220 countries around the world. Go to http://www.attwireless.com/gophone/ and click on the INTERNATIONAL CALLING link for a list of available countries and rates – and pay only for the minutes you use, at AT&T Wireless basic international long distance rates. International Dialing may not be available when roaming on other carriers’ Next Generation networks, and when it is, rates vary.

    • Dial 011 + country code + routing code + local number.
    • Press (YES).

  9. Will GoPhone work with AT&T Wireless AOL Instant Messaging?
    Yes, if your GoPhone calling plan includes mMode. You can go to http://www.mobile.att.net/aim for a quick registration for AOL Instant Messenger, or AIM, service.

  10. Can I change my GoPhone rate plan to a postpaid rate plan?
    You may change to other offers and rate plans for which you qualify, provided that you comply with any requirements of the new Service, including, where applicable, credit check and purchase of a device. If you change to an offer, other than a prepaid Go Phone plan, your remaining account balance will be lost.
